Terry Roberts,Chief
Information Officer, joined AirGATE in 2006 as VP of
Operations and managed engineering, research & development,
specialized projects, strategic
alliances and distributions. Mr. Roberts has more than 25 years
experience in engineering, developing and distributing
complex technology solutions to fortune 1000 companies
and government subsidiaries.
Prior to AirGATE, Mr. Roberts was founder and president
of Applied Printing Technologies, Inc. where he
developed and sold printing solutions to direct mail and
data processing companies. He achieved immediate
profitability and grew the business tenfold by targeting
customers in need of customized solutions and
integration and programming applications.
Mr. Roberts other prior positions include Product
Support Manager at Nipson Corporation managing the
printer product lines and other hardware and software
technologies as well as translating engineering changes
for implementation of technology changes in the
U.S.
He
also served as Customer Service Engineer for Storage
Technology Corporation and Reliability Engineer for
Applied Reliability Consultants where he performed tests
and calculations on electronic assemblies for predicting
MTBF and FMEA. Mr. Roberts served in the United States
Navy as an Aviation Anti-Submarine Warfare Technician
modifying electronic systems, circuits and problem
analysis.
Mr. Roberts received his Bachelor of Science degree in
Electronics Engineering from the
University of Massachusetts.
