Jack Younse Vice President of Quality, Function and Design Division
Dr. Jack M. Younse, the Vice President of Quality, Function and Design Division is responsible
for establishing new innovative technologies through the early stages of design and development.
This effort is largely driven by Quality Function Deployment
(QFD) where a customer’s requirements, also called "care-abouts,"
are used to drive a product development with emphasis on "doing the right thing right the first time."
This front-end deployment results in a set of design requirements or specifications, agreeable to both the customer and AirGATE Technologies,
which are then used as design targets by the engineering teams. Additionally, Dr. Younse is heavily involved in a number
of on-going project design and development efforts on other development projects.
